You will receive a 1960's dress pattern and jacket pattern Butterick 4686. This vintage sewing pattern is a size 14, bust 34". The pattern has been checked, and is in good, vintage condition. All pattern pieces and directions are present. The envelope reads "One-Piece Dress and Jacket. Semi-fitted A-line dress has contrast low-waisted bodice and button trim. Pointed shaped collar, full length sleeves with zippers. Semi-fitted cardigan jacket has sleeves shorter than dress. Purchased belt."
