It is a waist size 26", with a breast measurement 21".The back of the pattern reads "Perfect for school or Sunday-best. View A double-breasted boxy jacket has two patch pockets. The skirt is pleated all around and has criss-cross suspenders. View B contrast the skirt. View C waist-length bolero in this version."
