You will receive 18" of peacock blue metallic tubular yarn. This felting fiber yarn adds very interesting texture to felted items, please see the photo for an example of the texture. The cool fiber is excellent to incorporate into nuno felted, wet felted and needle felted projects. Please see the photo to see what make this yarn 'tubular' and note that the color may not be the same in this photo as the color of this listing. You can also see one tubular yarn (may or not be the color of that in this listing) used in a felting project in another photo.
This yarn is a blend of acrylic, nylon and wool fibers. We’ve used these daily in our 13+ years of felting workshops and personal felting projects and have found that regardless of the fiber content, they always felt in beautifully when a light veil of roving is placed over the top of them to hold them in. The open weave of the yarns allows the felt to full around and between the yarn and produces awesome texture.

Do you offer plastic free shipping? Yes! We ship with plastic free and/or 100% recycled packaging whenever possible. Please contact us if you would like to specifically request plastic packaging.
Do you cut yardage into pieces? No. We do NOT cut it into pieces unless you specifically request it. This means if you order more than one yard, you will receive one, long, continuous piece.
What shipping carrier do you use? We ship via the USPS. We are always happy to combine shipping when possible, and will refund shipping overages.
