It is a waist size 22", with a breast measurement 24".The back of the pattern reads "Easy sewing - full-skirted numero with hide-away seam pockets and an extra comfortable cap sleeve. Skirt is gaily gathered. For a jumper look - she'll wear it with shirtwaist blouse that has below-elbow sleeves. (B) Dress worn alone. "
