It is missing the pantskirt F & E pieces. A discount has been given on account of the missing pieces. All other pattern pieces and instructions are present and in good vintage condition. It is a size 4 bust 23. The envelope is in excellent vintage condition.The envelope reads "Child's and girl's jacket or vest, skirt and pantskirt: The lined jacket with long set-in sleeves and the sleeveless vest have "V" shaped neckline, front button closing, and optional patch pockets and braid trim. The skirt and pantskirt with side zipper and waistband is gathered in back with elastic casing. "
