It is a size 4 with a bust measurement of 23". The envelope is in excellent vintage condition.The envelope reads "Child's and girl's set of blouses: V. 1 with long set-in sleeves has back zipper closing and bias roll collar. V.'s 2 & 3 have front button closings and set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 2 with long sleeves has V neckline, collar, braid trim and ribbon tie. V. 3 with below elbow length sleeves has tie collar."
