You will receive a cute vintage costume pattern for a witch costume, princess costume, angel costume, and fairy godmother costume. This 1970's sewing pattern is Butterick 4938 and is in used, good, vintage condition. The pattern pieces and directions are all present. It is a size 12, bust 30". The envelope is in excellent vintage condition.
