The attachment comes in the original box. Please see the photos for all parts and pieces included. This set includes the manual and five templates. Box is in overall good condition, with some tears and fragile paper, typical of it's age.

Do you cut yardage into pieces? No. We do NOT cut it into pieces unless you specifically request it. This means if you order more than one yard, you will receive one, long, continuous piece.
What shipping carrier do you use? We ship via the USPS. We are always happy to combine shipping when possible, and will refund shipping overages.
